Add Laser Tag and Ropes play to customer account
First you want to find the person's name in the queue on the left. If they are not there, you can have them check in, fill out the waiver, or add them yourself. *note if they have not filled out a waiver before they must do so at the kiosk*
Then you are going to click their name, then view in the top part of the screen.
This page is the customer profile, which tells us everything about them. In the bottom left corner there are 4 rectangles that say "N/A," we are going to click the one in the bottom right.
This is where we are going to assign how many plays the customer has paid for. For the purposes of this i am going to select 10, but you are going to select however many they bought.
Then you are going to click source in the bottom middle of the screen and change it to "walk-in," and then hit "save."
Now you will notice in the queue that there is a green square next to my name. This means i have plays that i have already paid for. This should be done anytime anyone prepays for lasertag or ropes course.
The next few steps will show you how to 'redeem' those plays they bought.
Go ahead and add the person to the activity. I am going to add myself to the 12:15 activity.
Once they are in the activity, click their name again and click "view."
Go back into that same dropdown from earlier, in the bottom left corner.
Change the plays available down by how many the customer used. For example, i only used one, so i changed mine from 10 to 9 plays. Then click save.
