Anywhere Cash and How To Use Them

In this article we will go in depth on what each of the new Expense keys under Passport To Fun should be used for and what information is required to use these keys:

Marketing Anywhere Cash - These keys would be used for promotions that we do in center that would bring customers in to our centers. The list below are available at all locations If you need help Head to the Marketing Promotions Section and you will find all the Cheat sheets.

  • Email Coupons
  • Trivia (HPCC/Coral)
  • PTF Mailers $10

These keys would require a manager override to use these keys.


League Bowling Anywhere Cash - These Keys will be used for our league bowlers. These keys require a Manager override and a note in order to cash out the customer.

  • BMA Honors ( $50 and $100 Key)
  • Refer a bowler Program
  • Summer Qcash ( summer league promotion)

    Player’s Club Anywhere Cash - This category is pretty self explanatory. This would require an override and a note to use this key. Click Here to see the cheat sheet for this process.

 

  • Players Club Promo (Points)

    Group Functions Anywhere Cash- These keys would be used for birthday parties or corporate parties.

 

  • G/F Thank You Cards - mainly used for Group Function Company owners to say thank you for booking with us.
  • G/F B-Day Thank you Cards - Thanking Mom and Dad for Booking a party with us. 
  • G/F Trade Outs - Trading out a company's gift card for our own. 
  • G/F Fundraising - Giving away cards for raffles

    In-Center Issues - These keys would be used (hopefully never) when we have a customer that did not have great time at our locations. These would be used as our attempt to make the customer happy after having a bad experience.

 

  • Bad bowling experience 
  • Bad F&B experience 
  • Bad Game Zone experience 

    Equipment Issues - Equipment Failures isn't common, but does happen, we have keys to help make sure that the customer is happy when something breaks. ( typically we would be using bonus cash for these.
