Over the past several months we have had MANY guests booking online at wrong location, which has created a load of paperwork for our accounting team.
Effective today, we will no longer transfer reservation between locations.
For example- If a customer books at HeadPinz Naples but shows up at Bowland Beacon they will have just a two choices.
- Go to HeadPinz Naples where the reservations was booked or…
- Pay again at Bowland Beacon. Guest will be issued refund for the online reservation. Please note specials are not transferable between locations.
If the customer elects to pay again and get a refund for the incorrect web reservation, please do the following-
- Go to portal.bowlandcenters.com
- Under Management Tools > You’ll find “Web Reservation Refund” (If you don’t see update, hit ctrl + F5 on your keyboard while on the page).
- Fill out the form with the required information.
- Inform the guest the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
- Inform the other location that a refund has been requested so that the lane can be used
