How to search

  1. First you will select a location and fill out either the customers email or phone number or both and hit submit

  2. This will begin a search and will display all results for that customer below. You can click on the check to expand and show more details

  3. To send out a link to the customer select either the build pay link or build waiver link buttons under the check. In a Quiq chat this automatically send the customer message

  4. This will open a popup with the ability to choose the phone it is sent to, set who the sales person is who will be messaging them, and what the message will. You will also have the option to start a conversation in Quiq to continue chatting with them
