Creating Rounds and Heats
1.) After creating an event you will first have to click "Add More" and select the attraction you are booking

2.) Now that the calendar has been added you must schedule the rounds. Click on "Add Schedule" and select the "Track"


3.) You will be prompted to set the number of guests and the duration. This is also where you enter the Check Number for the "Online Registration Code"

4.) Save and close the reservation and click on venue. Click on the event name and select "Manage"
5.) From this screen you add a round y clicking on "Add Round"

6.) This will close the event screen so you will have to open it back up. Then you will need to click "Create Heats". If you need more then click "Add heat to round"
7.) If you want or need to stagger the heats you can exit out of the calendar and select venue
8.) If you click on the individual heats you can change the start times
