Generic Expenses Requiring Passport To Fun Cards
In all our centers we sometimes require Anywhere Cash to be put on a PTF Card.
Examples:
- BMA Honors
- Summer QCash
- Trivia ( Cape Coral Centers)
- Marketing Mailers
- Introduce A New Bowler Program
- Holiday QCash Promo
Here is an easy way to expense these examples out to a card:
First, in Conqueror, you would go to Expenses. You will see three categories within this section. Passport To Fun should be the first one. In this category you will see multiple keys. ( like some in the examples above)
Once you click on On an expense lets say Summer QCash, a box will pop up were you will enter in the amount that you are going to be adding to the card.
After entering in the amount that was converted click on payment then Passport To Fun.
Once you have swiped their passport card and clicked OK. Click the refund button or click receipt pending on what your GM requires.
NOTE: clicking on the refund button will only add money to the card this bypasses the two step process that was being used before.
