Incorrect color or loss of color in Center Punch Light

1) Reboot hub and Center Punch power supply.  
 
2) If light continues to have trouble, move it to another lane and record if the problem moves with the light.  
 
3) Record 9 digit part number from back of light.  
 
4) Call Help Desk at Ext. 8000 and pass along information from steps 1 through 3.  
 
5) If we believe it is the light (because problem moves with it), Help Desk will open ticket and assist in testing Red, Green, Blue and White.  Record the result. 
 
6) Help Desk - Record this information on a ticket and call QubicaAMF to request an Advanced Replacement, they will want to know All prior troubleshooting.  Let center know ship date and follow up with Center day they are suppose to arrive.
 
7) Please change our light as quickly as possible.  QubicaAMF needs bad light back immediately using the prepaid label.
