Intercard Employee Card Creation

Creating/Changing Employee Card
New employees are now automatically added into Intercard through HotSchedules. This is only to add an employee card for ICashier and Game Comps. This is not an employee advantage card


1. To create an employee first click on “Functions”


2. Click on “Employee Card”


3. After clicking on employee card it will prompt for a manager login


4. Enter the employee’s credentials that you wish to update


5. Grab a new card that has not been used before and swipe


6. It will then state the employee’s name and the card that is now associated with them


7. Employee cards can now be used on the games but to be able to login to redemption you must


reboot the computer
