Players Club Anywhere Cash
There is a new and easier way to ring up Players Club for point redemption
NOTE: THIS IS ONLY FOR POINT REDEMPTION NOT FOR ANY EXPENSES THAT WOULD REQUIRE A PTF CARD.
Step 1: redeem points like you normally would ( this step has not changed).
Step 2: from the main menu go into Expenses. You should see three categories in this section. The one we will be working with will be labeled as Passport to fun. To load a Customers card click on "Players Club" Key.
Step 3: Once you click on Players Club Key a box will pop up were you will enter in the amount that was converted. Note it should only be in increments of $10 ( $10 for 200 points $20 for 400 points Etc.)
Step 4: after entering in the amount that was converted click on payment then Passport To Fun.
Final Step: once you have swiped their passport card and clicked OK. Click the refund button or click receipt pending on what your GM requires.
NOTE: clicking on the refund button will only add money to the card this bypasses the two step process that was being used before.
