1. The Customer will present you with this email, click the blue box to start the redemption process.

2. You can now press the next Redeem Button, after which a popup will show and you will need to press the Yes button

4. If all is well you will see a screen similar to this one. Make sure to take note of the "Expires In" counter at the bottom. So long as that is counting you are good to redeem the card in Conqueror.

5. Now you will need to put this on a card, to do this you need to either have the customers card, or grab a new one if they don't have one yet. You will also need to open and login to Conqueror

7. Once open you will want to click on POS

8. Next click on the "Expenses" Button

9. Within the options on the Passport Tab you will see a Key called "Mailer Coupon", press that.

10. Type in the allotted amount of $20.00 then click the Green Check

11. Now press pay at the bottom right

12. Once on the pay screen you will need to click the passport to fun button

13. That will bring up a small screen where you will need to swipe the passport card, then click check.

Once you have payed it out, just hand the customer their card and they are good to go.
