Available at Bowland Beacon, Woodside & Cape Coral as well as HeadPinz Fort Myers & Cape Coral

These centers can directly scan from Brother All-In-One Printers directly to anyone’s company email.
  1. Put the paper or documents on the scanner bed or in the upper document feed then click Scan

  1. Hit the right icon till you get to the screen shown in step 3. (to E-Mail Server)  Be careful not to confuse it with another email screen

  1. Click the highlighted button

  1. Click “Address Book”

If the person is not an employee, it is here where you can select “manual” and type in anyone’s email. Instructions not shown for this.

  1. Click the magnifying glass in top left

  1. Type the employee’s first name

  1. Hit ok

The search process can take up to 3 minutes. We are working on speeding this up.

  1. If multiple employees come up, select the correct one

  1. Click the email address listed

  1. Hit Apply

  1. Hit Next

  1. Hit Start

  1. Click Finish

Your document will be emailed to the person you selected.
