Stimulus Package Specials Bowling and More!
Starting June 8th, we will be rolling out a new special running Monday through Thursday Open to Close and Friday till 6pm.
| When we are dealing with a walk in, Start by opening a lane in Unlimited bowling which is circled here |  |

Once you open the lane, you will need to set how many bowlers. The price key will automatically show up
Remember shoes are not included in this special. |

once the lane has been paid for and is sent out you will see this icon on the lane. Note that the time is already counting down.. there is no way to add time in this mode. |

When booking a reservation for this special here is the procedure to do so: Choose the lane that the customer would like to be on: Note that you don't need to click and drag for this special just click on the time block and click Reservation |

Once in the reservation, you will need to get some info from the customer: # of Bowlers bowlers name for reservation (no anonymous reservations) Also you will need to make sure that the open type is set to "Fixed Duration" you will also see that the time automatically sets itself for two hours. |

Once you fill out that info, don't forget shoes!! click ok which will bring you to a payment screen. Cash out the reservation as you normally would and voila!
For online reservations, please make sure they have purchased shoes as well!

Here are where you would find the Laser Tag, Ropes or Game zone Keys: Under POS you will see the Specials Tab. here you will see all the keys that pertains to your center with this special NOTE: The Game Zone you will be typing in the card number upon clicking on the key. Time will automatically go on the card. (see below) Laser tag and ropes must be scheduled at time of purchase (for the same day) |

Game Zone Stimulus
| Start by going to the POS and under Specials there is key named "Stimulus Pkg Game Zone" |  |
| When clicking on the key a list of modifiers will appear going by "Digit X" |  |
|
You will then enter the last 6-8 digits of the passport to fun card number "ex* 54-5121" |
 |

After entering the card number and the customer pays it will take around 1 minute for the card to activate |
|

Important Notes The customers time will start once they swipe their card Card swipe colors
|
One game can be played every 45 seconds. No more than three consecutive plays per game Best practice to keep cards with money separate. |
