How to Add a User into Conqueror

  1. Start by logging into your highest-level profile, and going into “Setup>Staff Setup”
  2. From there you will want to use the “New” button in the bottom right to open the “Create New Member” Screen
  3. Fill in the information and select the appropriate profile for the new user then click “Save”
  4. Now Press the “Password” button, and have them setup a password. PLEASE NOTE, if this is not a duty manager please set their password for them to something random and DO NOT TELL them it.
  5. Set them a fingerprint by clicking the button if the same name. They will need to put the same finger down untill all the red lights are green
  6. Make sure to press the “Save” button then have them log in to test the figerprint
  7. If it logs them in then you are good to go!

 

When going to choose a profile for your new employee keep in mind that the “employee” profile is for front desk staff only, and “POS Operator” is for BOTH bar and kitchen staff. All other profile shouldn’t be used as they will be taken out.
