Use this sheet if the customer receive error message while creating a new account or cannot login to web reservations.
If a customer simply needs help resetting a password, move on to the number 2.
1. A customer will get the error below because they already have an email set up but are attempting to make a new account
However if they forgot their email you will have to go check conqueror for that. Click on frequent bowlers
Type in the customer's name or email and his search.
Here you can verify what email address they used. *note if the box for web user is not checked, this is not the email address they used.*
2. If they get this error, you have to simply instruct them to login as an existing user, using their email address. If they forgot their password, they have to click "forgot password," on the right.
Once they click forgot password, they need to type in their email address and then create a new password
Then they click continue and will be told to check their email for a link. The link looks like this and will be from bookings@mentorbowling.com
If will then say that their password was successfully reset and after a few seconds the page will reload to the booking section. Now they simply have to type in their information and finish the booking process.
