How To Scan To File

  • First you will need to place the deposit slip on the glass
  • Then you will need to navigate the screen to select scan > then press Scan to Computer
  • You will see a profile named PF Deposit Slip which you will need to select it then confirm the scan
  • As long as it completes you are good to go

  1. To start you will need to open up file explorer and select the Quickbooks Shared Drive
  2. Then you will need to select the "Deposit Slip" File
  3. Next you will have to select a Center
  4. Last you have to press the "Date Modify" Button to order them by upload date explorer_ApmjTnooQA.png
